Great room, balcony and service, but swimming pool was out of use
Due to construction work, the swimming pool was out of use in May, which wasn’t informed at all in booking.com, where we made a booking. This was very disappointing and we decided to check out earlier than planned because of this. I wish they would finish their construction work earlier, already in March, before tourists start arriving.
Additionally there were some other small inconveniences. The sheets were thin and there wasn’t a blanket to make up for this. The blowdryer was out of order. TV was impossible to use and the channels hadn’t been set up yet.This hotel is new and still partly under construction, so probably they will fix these issues when it is finished.
The receptionist man was very nice and attentive and he insisted on giving us a discount because of the swimming pool, even though we hadn’t asked for one. We truly appreciate his attitude towards customers.
Overall this was a good experience, despite the swimming pool and we would give this place another chance when their construction work is over and the pool is back in use.

Best Hotel & Restaurant in Ksamil
Restaurant: The best restaurant ever. The 5-star chef from Greece is back! The food is of the highest quality and super tasty. The price-performance ratio is also right.
I just prefer the food here and rarely eat anywhere else when I'm in Ksamil. Breakfast included.

Not recommendable
The breakfast selection was only up to a 2-star hotel. The evening meal was OK, but nothing more.
The staff were very unfriendly.
