It was necessary to request both towels and toilet rolls to cover the 7 day stay, no biggy, however it felt like there was a chance the management were going to turn me down 😳. For a week stay I do expect more than 2 towels and 2 loo rolls, call me needy.

In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note there is a 1.75% credit card fee for visa & Mastercard. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
