I booked the day before, paid, and when I got there, we were surprised by the unbearable smell of ink in the hotel.
I found a tremendous disrespect in not warning me and letting me decide if I wanted it!!!

Hotel had more in town, they should have warned!!!! I chose whether to go or not.

TERRIBLE commercial service for events
In fact, I called to ask for a quote for an event that we INTENDED to hold at the Estância restaurant, this lady sent it to me via email, I waited that day and nothing, today, at 4 pm, I'm still waiting.
I called again and the person just had to insult me, she said she didn't have time to send it because she was busy, besides being rude and unpleasant, I even felt embarrassed, as she always wanted to end the conversation.
A person like this shouldn't be in the commercial department, because to serve customers you need to be educated and have good manners.
It's a shame, because I've already stayed at this place, and the standard of service was different, I won't be returning or recommending this place, which shouldn't be in need of customers.
All the good impression I had previously was undone by this person, who I would like to remind you that your salary depends on who uses the Estancia, so treat your customers well, as we do not ask any favors from you, it is you who depends on us .
