Resort of good level

The staff serves very well, are helpful and professional. The resort area is beautiful, very well cared for, I did not see plastic trash thrown on the floor. Excellent breakfast, varied and with great quality. Lunch is self-service, half board. Quite varied too, but I found the dishes very heavy, fatty and with artificial spices. The older rooms need a renovation, they're moulded. The windows and doors of the balcony are very good, made with heavy material and good quality, not those vagabond windows, which spoil easily. Overall the resort is very good, only needs some renovations, in some environments.

I return if it is in low season or by extreme need

The resort calls itself "recreational hotel" or something like that, if I knew that there was such a category of resort or hotel , I would not have gone . So according to the resort itself they are recreation hotel , stay alert . Good apartments , are not excellent, need painting and renovation in the bathrooms , are all very close to each other , in January and definitely in February without conditions because the recreation hotel is actually a huge vacation colony for children without any education , you will have to endure screams , various noises , doors of open rooms , and not insane to ask the hotel management a more appropriate behavior of the guests , they will do nothing and still will conject that the "boredom" is you . Attention because if it rains many areas of the hotel are not covered , the parking is bad , the gym (good) but no bathroom , offer a covered swimming pool and heated , but it is not for the summer and neither for rainy days but for sure for the winter in the Serra , say because now in the summer the pool reaches 32 degrees ....you want to escape from the rain , for example , and enter a sauna (more or less so ) and to get to the covered pool the passages are not covered , the guests will go in the rain , as well as the recreation hall of the children who do not have a covered passage . The Hotel de Recreaçao (children) needs to improve a lot and understand that we are diverse (is it not so today? Preaching for diversity?) , because then each guest will have to have what he is looking for and the value (very high of what he is paying) , so there is no score 5 and not 4 , because it looks more like a cruise package and high sea .

Visit with family

We've been to the hotel more than once and the complaints remain the same.
The rooms are not good, are uncomfortable and poorly kept. There's infiltrations and they're not very clean. The cleaning service leaves much to be desired. The last time I went, on December 24, I asked the reception to send the cleaning team more than 3 times and the room was only cleaned near dawn.
The food is average, nothing surprising for a place like Tiradentes where the food is extremely typical and delicious.
The place could be an oasis in the city, but everything is very medium. The recreation team is erased and does not welcome the children as they should. The walk to the farm is long, with a precarious path full of mosquitoes. The hotel has an enlarged work that never ends: I was there for the first time in 2023 and since then the works have not ended up making the exterior area a great site of works.
The beach is delicious, but not surprising. The toboggan offered a few hours of the day becomes a risk pq in addition to very dangerous, it is crowded and there is no supervision of those who descend from it.
The toy school is ok, but as I said, as there is no effective recreation, it is very stalled and nothing inviting for the children.
The movie offered to the children in December was Alice in Wonderland that has nothing of childish.
You still need to improve a lot.

Gostei bastante

I spent 3 days there with my kids of 8 months and 5 years old and my 11 year old. I really liked the resort. Ample room, comfortable bed, air conditioning that makes almost no noise, very good bathroom. Breakfast with many options and lunch tb. In both has options of steamed vegetables, which is what I give for my baby. The pools are good, good water. The kids area is pretty legal. There are some points that need to be improved. The cup is there practically abandoned, without any care and the look is not legal. The fruits that were there didn't look good. It deserves a better attention, since the resort and turned to family, I saw many other babies there. There's only drinking in the gym and the cup. It's pretty big, missing to have spread. Either you take a cooler with water or you have to buy a bottle for almost 10,00. The night has nothing to do. Not a single live song. At least the resort is in the center, then you can leave but what if it was raining? Anyway, I liked it very much, we were well served and only these points attracted my attention. Ahhh, and on my brother's account came a bill of bacon and bacon cake that he didn't ask for.

Experience with Hosting

I made a reservation at the prestigious Santissimo Resort with the expectation of offering my family a period of rest and leisure at the height of the establishment's reputation. However, our experience was far behind expectations.
From the beginning, we had a negative impression of the child recreation team. The recreators did not know how to guide our children, aged 7 and 5, about the rules of the activities and, worse, did not show the slightest interest in encouraging them to participate in the games. My wife and I found the posture strange, but initially we thought it might be some punctual problem, like shift change or temporary disorganization.
The next day, we allowed the children to participate in recreation again, but the experience continued to be disappointing. Whenever we approached to check if everything was okay, the recreators asked if they could take off the kids’ vest to let them leave the activity. This attitude caused us great discomfort, as we expected a more welcoming and proactive approach, considering the resort’s focus on families and children.
Another point that bothered us a lot was the situation of the room where we stayed. During the night, we heard noises coming from the ceiling, which looked like animals – possibly maritacas. The intense noise would compromise our night's sleep, which led us to register a complaint at the reception. However, initially our complaint was received with disbelief by the team. Only after we insisted and confirmed the existence of the noises, we were relocated to another room.
Unfortunately, the exchange represented a clear “downgrade”. We were placed in an older wing of the hotel, in a smaller room with an unpleasant odor. Despite the discomfort, we chose not to complain again due to the advance of the hour and the accumulated fatigue.
Although the overall structure of the resort and the quality of the food are positive points, the experience lived was considerably below the expected standard. The lack of preparation of the recreation team, the inadequate management of the problem related to the room and the lack of empathy in the care are aspects that led us to conclude that the service offered by Santissimo Resort is not up to the prestige that carries nor justifies the high price of accommodation.
