Cheap hotel near the train station
If you are driving, the street is restricted to taxis or cars that access for the houses or the hotel's own parking.
It has parking but it is paid, it costs 10€ a day. The squares are not very wide and there is a lack of light because the timers are short when you press them. The exit and entrance to the parking is by the same place.
You have the option of breakfast there but I recommend better outside as there is more variety and cheaper.
We were accommodated in a room on the first floor (there is lift to get on and off and also to access the parking).
The appearance of the hotel’s corridors was reminiscent of a building that must have previously been housing and has been converted to hotel rooms. For example, in our room, there was a door that connected the 2 beds but did not fully open as it collided with the bed.
In several areas it was lacking maintenance either due to chafing on the wall, poorly installed plugs, noise heard from the walls or the plugs themselves.
The treatment at reception was correct.
Value for money is the most affordable thing we found in Oviedo capital.

However, the noise from corridors and the loud slamming of all room doors has to be mentioned.
