You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The water park is open from 9th May to 22nd September. The minimum height to access the Aquasplash is 3.3 foot and to access the slides the minimum height is between 4.1 ft and 4.6 ft depending on the slide. Plase Note: To book the "All Inclusive" in reservations that include more than one room, it is mandatory to select All Inclusive as a regime in all rooms. Failure to comply with this condition will mean the non-admission of the reservation into the All Inclusive program Please note that air conditioning is available from 1 June to 30 September only. Important note: If you do not show up or check out before the schedule date, we will unfortunately have to charge you the full amount of the reservation.
