The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, the parking lot is not very spacious.

No good value for money
Slow wifi connection.
Bit noisy music corridor at night.
The wall light and the head bed light is off even turn on the switch.
The carpet corridor many dirty spot.
Alot of dust below the bed.
A cockroach at bathroom.

Incompetence and Lies
Additionally, the air conditioning for the unit did not lower the temperature of the room to the 16° C indicated on the unit. The room's temperature did not drop below 26.1° C during our stay, which was very uncomfortable.
Each time, we offered the hotel two separate opportunities during the day to correct the problems or - at the very least - admit that the problems could not be corrected.
These two problems, individually, would present an extreme challenge to any hotel guest's stay. Collectively, they were cause to immediately check out of the hotel and collect our money for the room.
I pointed this out to the supervisor on duty, Chandra W., who apologized for the problem. I suggested that we not be charged for the room for the evening, and Chandra offered, instead, to have the following night's stay be gratis (ie. no additional room charge).
I believe he made this offer to prevent us from departing that very evening and taking our payment with us. I asked him to note that in our room folio and he said that he would.
The next day, while we were out during appointments, we were called by hotel staff, asking us if we were checking out late. Upon returning to the hotel, we learned that the room folio had not been updated with the extra day at no charge.
Upon speaking to a manager and Chandra together, the latter suggested that our discussion had been misunderstood by me (this despite the fact that my companion is a native bahasa speaker). My companion was deeply upset by Mr. Chandra's untruths, and suggested that we simply leave the hotel after collecting our deposit. Which we did. Mr. Chandra singlehandedly tarnished the reputation of your hotel by lying about a negotiated settlement he made with me. He made a bad situation much, much worse.
