Useless staff at The Terrace hotel
It’s 3:40am & we are unable to sleep as there is party on the upper floors so too much of loud noise. Also on the same floor too much of noise. Staff unable to address the issue.
Not recommended as staff is least bothered about anything. We asked for water bottles they were least bothered to send that as well at 9pm.

The food was very tasty. F&B Manager Saju and his team were very inviting. They explained the details of each item being served, method of eating, details of the course etc very well. They were very helpful and ensured that we had a great time. The food was very tasty and we had a wonderful afternoon. Cost was very reasonable at 299 per head plus taxes. Ambience was decent and location at S S Kovil was very convenient for us.
