Perheen kanssa lokakuussa
Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Gluteeniton aamupala loistava. Huoneen ainoa pistorasia toimi vain valon ollessa päällä niin puhelimen latauksen kannalta epäkäytännöllinen.

For this price you can find a better hotel
Number
The room itself is generally normal, but for 80 euros per night more amenities could be expected. There's no refrigerator in the room, although for that price there could be one. The bathroom leaves an unpleasant impression: all covered in mildew, the tap in limestone. The hood is clogged with dust and the floors are clearly not cleaned, only vacuumed. I realized this when I accidentally spilled some sweet tea: after cleaning, the floor remained sticky.
Apart from the shower gel, there are no extras - no slippers, no hair conditioner, etc. Yes, the hotel is three-star, but in other similar hotels such basic amenities were provided.
The most unpleasant part is cleaning. I noticed the maid wiping the toilet with towels, even though we left them for replacement. And even without detergent - although if there was one, it would not change the essence. It's clear that towels are washed and we're given clean ones, but after that I didn't want to use them.
Staff
Nadia's girlfriend worked at the reception - not rude, but extremely unwelcome. The first one doesn't say hello, chats without interest, answers any questions dry. When we said we thought hotel parking was free, she just said, “Show me where it’s written.”
Another strange situation occurred with another staff member who was on shift later. We wanted to extend the parking, and he first put the price at 7 euros. We made it clear that we used to pay five, to which he replied that maybe another employee was wrong. We speculated that maybe Nadia gave us a discount. He finally said: “Okay, pay 5” – and issued a check for that exact amount. One wonders why he tried to take 7 euros first.
Parking
Parking at the hotel costs 18 euros per night. However, 2 km away there is another parking, also from the hotel, but for only 5 euros per day. So if you have the option of walking or taking public transport, you can save a lot.
Breakfast
Breakfast is delicious (but paid separately). There are sausages, cereal, juices, coffee, scramble and more. Delicious, but the menu doesn't change, so if you stop for more than a week, it can sit.
The staff in the cafe is pleasant: the girl at breakfasts is very polite, the food is constantly reported. There is a microwave, disposable appliances and glasses available at all times of the day. Too bad there isn't at least one shared fridge.
Additional amenities
The hotel has a vending machine with food and water, but prices are higher than the store.
You can't say it was terrible. The room itself is good, but the cleanliness was clearly lacking. The lobby is clean, breakfast is full, but the small moments (like cleaning and staff attitude) spoiled the impression.
The score is 3 out of 5. I wouldn't go back to this hotel a second time.

Disappointed
I slept very badly, all the noise
at night in the hotel, the heating device squeaked, I booked a double room and they gave me a room for disabled people, I asked them to give me another room, I'm disappointed.

Great place&great stay
Along with my partner we spent 3 nights at this B&B hotel.Unfortunatly the restaurant was closed during our stay for renovation,so we did not had breakfast in,for us was a big minus.Another big minus was the parking area,wich is on the ground of the hotel and very small,our car was enough big and we had emotions during parking.
Our room was at the second floor,not so big,but very clean,so for me who had 15years of housekeeping on my back was a very nice surprize.There is no wardrobe in the room,the space for clothes is small,but it was not a very big problem.Shower gel in the bathroom in 3 places,so a big plus.I was not pleased of the paper glasses from the bathroom unfortunatly.
But after wall,we had a nice stay,the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the Bergamo center,and around we find the best restaurant - Pasta&Basta.
We recommend the hotel to everyone.☘

In need of refurbishment
Stayed here 2 nights. The first night, the room was so warm, the aircon didn't seem to be working . The room was ok. The bathroom however was looking tired and old. The shower was in need of a good clean, and the sink tap was very worn. We had to open the window, but the noise from the road and the smell of smoke from the front of the hotel made this not possible. We were offered a new room, but they managed to make the room a bit cooler. The hotel isn't in the best area. It was a 20-minute walk to the Funicular to the Citti Alta. Which is beautiful. In our opinion, it is a nicer place to stay. Breakfast was cancelled as they are renovating that area. Staff seemed helpful.
