Please inform Kamikatsura House of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests must check in between 15:00 and 22:00. The booking may be treated as a no-show if guests fail to check-in by 22:00. No check-in is possible after 22:00. Check-in is processed on the 3rd floor of the property. Guests can contact the property directly if they have any inquiries. Guests must check out between 08:00 and 10:00. Please note all children are charged the same rate as an adult. A surcharge of 1,000 JPY per hour applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
An accommodation tax is required in Kyoto from Oct 2018. Guests (both adults and children) are required to pay JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is under JPY20,000, JPY500 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY20,000 and JPY49,999, and JPY1,000 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY50,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel. For details, please confirm with the hotel.
