Don't book this Windhoek Garden Boutique Hotel
The Windhoek Garden Boutique Hotel takes money from the credit card and does not give it back, even though they offer free cancellation and payment on arrival! I booked for €500 and the hotel does not give it back, even though I canceled and told them that I wanted a refund. They just take the money and do not give it back!!!
Thanks to Booking.com, I got my money after 8 weeks and Booking is now demanding the money from Windhoek Garden Boutique!!!
I am also shocked by the Namibia Budget Travelers Facebook page! I posted there that the hotel was debiting money without authorization and I was blocked. How can a page with over 54,000 followers support a hotel that is cheating! I am not the only one who has had money debited and the Garden Boutique Hotel does not want to refund it!

Hotel highly recommended
It's great. Room large and clean. Bathroom with shower as well. Complex looks very nice and has a pool.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is versatile, egg dishes are made fresh on request.
