Hotel with what you need but too small
1. The hotel is quite small as well as the room they gave me, had no ventilation. The same with the bathroom as small and also does not have good ventilation, so if you carry your own towel, rest assured that they will not dry.
2. Their breakfast space is very, very small, seriously very small, they have many rooms to have such a space, they should consider it; if the chairs are occupied you have to wait your turn to be able to sit, otherwise you will have breakfast standing.
3. Breakfast is buffet, but if you stay more than a day, you will always see the same thing, and since it is small it runs out quickly what they put on their table and yes, you have to wait again for it to be available, if they do not run out.
What they give you is: A fried egg, Fruit juices (2 types or 1 if you are late), Fruits (2 types or none if you are late), Ham, Cheese, Bread, Coffee, Infusions, Yogurt, Corn cereals (no more types) It is all I saw in two days.
4. The TV remote was not working properly, and your TVs have an outdated operating system that cannot be used to watch movies with your streaming accounts.
5. The room had no fan.
6. They also don't have an iron in the hotel if you need one. We requested it but they never brought it to us.
7. Being so small the room, and having the fridge (which is appreciated) makes noise for its operation by being practically in front of the bed.
8. Their reception room is too small and they only have a couple of armchairs.
9. There is a 5% surcharge if you want to pay by card, being supposedly a better category hotel is something they should facilitate to the customer.
10. They have shelves in the bathroom with rust, they should be renewed.
POSITIVE POINTS:
1. The service is friendly and respectful.
2. The mattress in the room was quite comfortable to sleep on.
3. It's close to the malls.
4. There were no disturbances and raucous noises.
5. Fairly clean overall 8/10 (for its rusty or worn equipment)
IN GENERAL:
It is not a hotel where you can enjoy your stay, but rather to have a certain comfort to rest. Being so small its infrastructure definitely does not give the quality of the hotel they promote, at least I prefer something more spacious, is what I liked least, was not so "annoying" in the end since we were almost all day away.
It is a good hotel, but I would not know whether to recommend it, and in case I had to stay again out there, hopefully and improve.
The price I paid for the matrimonial room was s/115.00 per night I think sometimes goes down or up. It is the price they gave me, I did not request any discount, I made the Reservation directly. That's where I leave them for reference.
