Please inform Axel Hotel Berlin - Adults Only of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize payment before arrival. Thats required to show a photo ID and to provide a credit or debit card upon arrival. Otherwise, the check in wont’ be allowed. The name on the credit card must match the name of guest.
During your stay, you need to pay local city tax/mandatory bed tax/city tourism tax, which you need to pay at the front desk separately. Some room rates include this fee, and the fee is subject to the hotel's notification.
