This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Hotel-Pension Spree of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests arriving between 13:00 and 22:00 30 minutes before arrival please call us. The entire hotel is nonsmoking. Please note that - in case of smoking inside the hotel - a surcharge of 100 EUR will apply for the textile and upholstery cleaning and the loss of a business day for the room concerned. A surcharge of 15 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours.
