Best place to stay in xiaoliuqiu
- convenient as there's place to park motorcycle
- friendly staffs
- bathroom is clean and water pressure is strong
- aircon is cool
- free water refill and toiletries at ground floor

Bottomline: a nice place to stay, and certainly worth coming back to!

Unfriendly staff and a noisy room with thin walls
We had a bug problem during nighttime (see photos). There was also a very loud water pump situated above our bed, which must be turned on whenever the house guests in other rooms wanted to use the shower. We had no idea it was a water pump until the very next day when we asked the staff. We got woken up several times during the night and felt really frightened actually. The noise was really loud and had a continuously thumping sound which could only be stopped when people stop taking showers.. Mind you, my partner and I were both deep sleepers. And the kids from other guest rooms started screaming and yelling at 6am....
Upon check out, I mentioned the noisy pumper to the staff and he basically said yes they knew about the problem and that was it! If you had known about the problem, maybe you should just not rent this room out or something?
The breakfast was okay and the deco of the BNB was good. I guess with the money we paid, it was considered a good deal in a sense if our night was bug-free, noise-free with decent staff members.
Bad experience, we were very much sleep deprived. Not recommended.
