Helnan Phønix Hotel sijaitsee kohteessa Aalborg Centrum ostosalueella ja lähellä lentokenttää. Upea hotelli Aalborgin keskustassa
Vain 4/5, koska huoneemme suihkussa oli hirveä paine, emmekä voineet viedä hiustenkuivaajaa pois kylpyhuoneesta, koska se on kiinnitetty seinään, mikä ei ole kätevä henkilölle, jolla on hyvin pitkät hiukset. Kaiken kaikkiaan suosittelen ehdottomasti pysyä täällä.

We're delighted that you've had a pleasant stay, and your recommendation is especially heartwarming.
You mention a couple of "buts," specifically the terrible water pressure and the issue with the hairdryer. The former is definitely something we're keenly aware of, and while it's a relatively rare occurrence, it's something we're actively working on a fix for.
As for the hairdryer, we're currently in the midst of a renovation of the entire hotel, including our rooms. As such, your feedback is invaluable to us, as we figure out how we improve the experience for our guests.

We're sorry to hear that our smoking guests made your arrival less than pleasant. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do either way, though, as the pavement outside the hotel is public property.

Thank you for your review of your stay at Helnan Phønix Hotel. We appreciate the feedback, and we're sorry to hear that it largely failed to meet your expectations.
Unfortunately we only offer a limited amount of parking spaces (75 to be precise), and those spaces function on a first-come-first-serve basis. Unfortunately, this means that some guests are forced to use public parking areas nearby.
As for the room, you are always more than willing to contact the reception if there's anything about your stay that can be improved, such a quieter room. Some circumstances such as a full house, might complicate matters, but if we can, we will absolutely help.
