Please inform Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply nonrefundable reservations and room rates.
