Wonderful hotel, wonderful team Titanic Mardan Palace, wonderful guest relation manager Mahshid! We will come back!
This was our 2nd staying in Titanic Mardan Palace and definitely not our last one! We will be back latest for Christmas! Special thanks to guest relation manager Mahshid! She made our staying wonderful, always listening and supportive! Thanks for the nice time, Team Mardan Palace!

The best 5 star we’ve been to
We came home Thursday 20th February so I’ll give you my humble opinion.
We flew with Jet2 so had a private transfer which was a good start.
On arrival the driveway is magnificent and as you walk through the huge wooden doors you are met by the lovely greeter. Took a short while to check in then we sat and waited for around half hour, not sure why but we sat there in awe of the opulence around us.
We travelled with friends and had booked a delux room, I had contacted the hotel and explained we had booked for my 60th and could we have a nice room please. They did not disappoint us, we were given room 6010 and our friends had 4010, on the corner of the hotel looking towards the tower with a sea and pool view. Amazing. It was a long walk to the lifts for the lobby and restaurant but after a couple of days it was fine, also close to our room was the spa lift which was a bonus, this also came out to walk across to the tower.
The room was amazing, we will never stay in a room as grand again, in fact I could live in a room like that. Bathroom huge, balcony huge. The maids were very attentive to our needs and the molton brown was replenished generously, on our last evening reception knocked and gave us a little mardan palace travel bag with molton brown in it. We have never stayed anywhere that has the bedding and towels changed daily. The bath did take some working out how to get in and out and running it without getting wet before it was full, so in the end climbed in with it empty then ran it whilst sat on the side lol. Again never been to a hotel with a jacuzzi bath.
We didn’t have a kettle in the room but we asked and one was brought immediately.
Food was ok but the cakes were astounding. Again, we’ve found in Turkish hotels the cakes are usually muff and fluff but these are out of this world so if you have a sweet tooth beware!!
There is also the mardan bistro which is 24/7 very nice surroundings and food cooked fresh. We called it Waitrose as it looked so posh!
We spent our evenings usually sat in the lobby playing cards and the entertainment was really nice. We went into the mardan lounge one night but preferred the lobby. Drinks were served quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We both developed really bad coughs, husband has been doctors and has bad chest infection, but the staff kept bringing him hot water with honey lemon and ginger, they didn’t have to help but they did.
On my birthday they left a bottle of fizz, a little cake, macaroons and decorated the bed. Nice touch again. We went to the Italian and the tenderloin was great. Our friends were only there for 10 nights but after speaking with the lady on reservations, she allowed them to go again with us for valentines.
There was work going on, some of the lower floors were being decorated and the outdoor pool was being repaired, the beach was closed off but it didn’t affect us.
The decor around the hotel was amazing and we could only dream of the celebrity parties that would have gone on in the past.
We were picked up for our transfer back and ended up in a party bus with leather seats and lighted ceiling, again a lovely touch to end our holiday.
The only downside to the hotel is the location, but we did know this when we booked, but we did miss the strip. It didn’t help that most of our second week we were poorly so did spend a lot of time in the room in between meals, especially after our friends had left.
I would imagine that in the summer season when everything is open this hotel will be something else.
Would love to return again at some point in the future especially if I could get the same room!

Amazing hotel and staff!
My Husband and I visited Titanic Mardan Palace at the start of April for our honeymoon and my 30th birthday. From start to finish the hotel and staff were outstanding! They actively went out of their way throughout our trip to make it extra special for us!
When we arrived the doormen and receptionists were great! We were then greeted by Faryar who was our guest services assistant for the week. She showed us to our room and from the get go she was exceptional! Faryar was very friendly, attentive, welcoming, kind, and professional! Nothing was ever an issue for her. She always had a smile on her face. She made our holiday perfect!
Ikbel was our other assigned guest services assistant and she was perfect, very attentive, pleasant, nothing was an issue for her and she helped make my birthday extra special!
The hotel is unreal! The interior is beautiful. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are always cleaning ensuring it looks its best! We stayed at room 2307 and it was stunning! Housekeeping came daily and were perfect. Our room was very spacious and close to the lobby/indoor pool which was very convenient!
The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, attentive and ensured our drinks were always topped up and our plates cleared.
To name a few out of many brilliant staff we encountered on our trip:
Yigit Nas – worked in the Mardan lounge. He was very helpful, attentive, professional, friendly and always ensured our drinks were topped up.
At the nightclub there was Ahmet and Aslan. They knew our drinks order, made us surprise cocktails, were very attentive, friendly, fun loving and always had a smile on their faces! They were excellent!
All in all, this hotel was fantastic, the amenities, the selection of foods in the restaurants, the range of drinks, the staff and the hotel itself was absolutely amazing. We are so happy we picked here for our special celebrations!

Exceptional in every way
Exceptional hotel, its beauty needs to been seen, the complex is huge, beautifully maintained with fantastic amenities.
Firstly all the staff are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble, they really do go the extra mile to make your holiday special always attentive and welcoming.
I can highly recommend booking into the restaurants they are outstanding!!
The spa is very good while in there using the sauna & steam room i decided to have a massage which was absolutely incredible.
Mixologist wow!! The best cocktails ever!!!
The presentation & taste of these will live with me forever, he’s so talented.
My only niggle was our shower was only lukewarm on an evening & the shower gel was poor.
Mardan palace you were exceptional, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Titanic Mardan Palace
Visited the Titanic Mardan Palace,
For a week in the end of March and have to say it was absolutely wonderful, From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, All the staff here are very courteous and friendly nothing is a problem.
The whole resort is spotlessly clean, and the food is probably the best I've ever had anywhere in Turkey, from the Steak house, Fish Restaurant to the Main Buffet Restaurant, All the food was hot fresh and very flavorable.
The Spa is very large and impressive, Spa treatments facials and massages are excellent,
I am definitely recommending a visit to the Titanic Mardan Palace to anyone who likes great service and fabulous food and massages.
