Satisfaction

We were very pleased during our 4 day stay. We felt right at home. The staff is very friendly, friendly, and helpful. That’s how employees at a property should be We appreciate all their efforts in addressing all of our requests. The breakfast was very good, even so satisfying that we didn’t even go hungry until evening :) the rooms were a little small but enough for us. The housekeeping was very good. Thank you all again and again.

I report on my 4 day stay 08-2024_threesome as a family in this 4 star ???? Hotel with the best knowledge and conscience to warn the people who want to spend money here and book your well-deserved holiday or think about it ! ATTENTION: 99% OF REVIEWS ARE FROM THE STAFF OR OWNERS OF THE HOTEL !!!
After our still uncomplicated check in we went over 2 floors (no wheelchair available!) with our relatively heavy suitcases to our reserved room. We were slightly irritated? Why? The room resembled half a construction site !!! A biting stench came from the bathroom area, it smelled strongly of mold, the faucet threatened to fall off with every touch, shower head loosely 15 years old if not older, the entire floor stuck with an indefinable liquid... we documented everything...see pictures... after a quite noisy night I pointed out the abuses in our room to the receptionist and asked for an immediate alternative solution. Quite quickly we were offered a deluxe room, at the same price??? Not much better, but at least it didn't smell like mold! The walls were partially swollen and had water stains...the fridge was a mini fridge..1.5liter bottle had hardly any space. The absolute no go was the kettle...see pictures...rust overflow, inside and out guests should drink water from it???I complained immediately to the reception and showed the kettle, they gave me a replacement kettle...better? No! Also rusty and unusable...sheets had stains, see picture !
Breakfast was the only thing about the hotel I would rate 3 out of 5 stars. Also the pool !!! ATTENTION: in the small pool we found an about 10 cm long screw, which was stuck in the ground, but was not completely sunk, and thus could potentially tear the foot open when jumping in or running over children as well as adults we would like to warn all people to book here, as the price performance ratio does not fit in any way...it is best to take an apartment nearby and avoid LESLION Hotel Turunç !!!! Just PFUiiiii...look at the pictures...that's all you need to write....
Don't be irritated by the pimped-up pictures !!! You will find very quickly on the spot that the reality is different, only then it is unfortunately already too late !!!
Ps: our room was not cleaned 1x during our stay !!!

There is a lack of communication with the staff at the hotel

There is a disconnection between the staff at the hotel. I forgot my baby's shampoo in the bathroom at the time of the room transfer. I told him I was in the bathroom, although I told him I was in the bathroom, although I told him that you would bring it with me. 2 days later, I ⁇ that the lady's shampoo was thrown off at the reception and because of these I had to wash my baby by providing another shampoo, they stopped meeting me at the hotel and we'd pay for it when we departed. They said that I never stayed at a hotel where people stayed at the point where no customer satisfaction was focused.

I loved this place, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Loved their daily baked Turkish bread, right out of Owen. Will definitely come back.

Excellent staff. They went out of their way to make it a comfortable experience for us. Can’t say enough about their attitude and hospitality.
