Viikonloppu tammikuun vierailu
Erinomainen aamiainen kaikkien aikojen makuille, iltapäivätee Ventana-ravintolassa oli ihana ja kahdesti ruokailimme Ventana-ravintolassa, joka ruokasi parhaimmillaan.

Erinomainen oleskelu erinomaisella ruoalla ja palvelulla.
Saavuimme aikaisin, pysäköimme auton ja kävelimme kaupunkiin. Se on kaikki mäkeä alaspäin ja ulkopuolella on bussipysäkki (nro 33).
Paluullamme huone oli valmis miinus pinnasänky, joka saapui pian myöhemmin 8 kuukauden ikäisellemme. Pyrimme vaivaa sopimaan meille ja pinnasänky huoneessa ja pinnasänky olisi voinut olla parempi.
Henkilökunta kertoi meille, että illallista ei tarjoilla ennen vuotta 1930, joka oli liian myöhäistä vauvalle, mutta antoi meille onnellisina huonepalvelun samasta valikosta pienin kustannuksin. Ruoka oli upeaa, todella hyvän kokoisia annoksia ja täysin nautinnollista.
Seuraavana aamuna menimme aamiaiseen ja syöttötuoli annettiin. Henkilökunta ei todellakaan voinut tehdä tarpeeksi meille ja jopa kertoi meille yrittäessään siivota kun tytärmme kertoi olevansa tottunut siihen ja heidän tehtävänsä oli tehdä se.
Päivän jälkeen rannalla ja kaupungissa palasimme takaisin ja juoimme baarissa. Henkilöstö juoksi jälleen meidän perässämme. Aiemmissa arvosteluissa on kommentoitu juomien hintoja. Henkilökohtaisesti asuessani Lontoossa ja sen lähiöissä en tuntenut olevani kallista ympäristön ja näkymän suhteen (todennäköisesti pitää opiskelijan myös poissa).
Illallinen toistettiin aamiaisen kanssa toistuvalla poikkeuksellisella standardilla.
Joten negatiiviset kohdat (Vain estämään ihmisiä ajattelemasta työskenteleväni hotellissa).
Huoneen piti olla hiukan isompi sänkyyn sopimiseksi.
Huoneiden väliset seinät voisivat tehdä hiukan enemmän äänieristyksellä.
Ja siinä se on.
Hotelli mainostaa suoraa varausta ja vastaa ja torjuu kolmansien osapuolien tarjouksia.

One of the most important things at the Cumberland Hotel is the atmosphere that we manage to create as a Team.
So we are glad to know that our staff could accommodate your needs as for us it is important to meet each of our Guest expectations!
We find reasonable that you understand our pricing and that you enjoyed our food standards.
There is always room for improvement so we appreciate your comments.

As you mentioned Parking is subject to availability, although our guest have the advantage to park in any of our sister Hotels!

Cumberlandin loistava palvelu teki juuri yritystapahtumamme!
Tapahtumapäivämme tuli, ja henkilökunta oli valmiina auttamaan meitä asentamaan omilla koristeillamme, ilman häiriötä ja aina hymyillen. Brian oli taas sisään ja ulos vain tarkistaakseen asioita koko päivän ja illan.
Halusin ilmaista kiitoksemme paitsi MC: n tiimiltä myös monilta tuona iltana olevilta vierailta, jotka kiittivät henkilökuntaa paitsi palvelutasostaan myös tarjoamastaan poikkeuksellisesta ruoasta. Näyttää siltä, että Cumberlandilla on muihin hotelleihin verrattuna Brianin ja hänen tiiminsä kaltainen henkilökunta, joka vain valaisee päiväämme ja saa kaiken toimimaan sujuvasti.
