This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note that there is no elevator at the hotel. If you require a lower floor room or have any specific preferences, please request this (subject to availability) when booking using the Special Requests box. Alternatively, use the contact details found on the booking confirmation. This is a historic building and rooms vary in size and style. Check-ins after 23:00 are only possible if pre-arranged, please contact the hotel. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Hotel has a private car park located to the rear, with an entrance in between 2 pillars at the front of the main Hotel building. Parking costs GBP 9 per day from check-in time to check-out time, and £3 from 11 am until 3 pm after check out. We also provide permits for on-street parking available to rent at reception for the same price as our parking. Alternatively, we recommend using on-street metered parking with local charges applicable. Pets are allowed in a limited number of rooms with prior arrangement directly with the hotel and are subject to availability, for GBP 10 extra charge. Please note that all Special Requests must be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival. They are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Extra beds and cots must be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 20 per night) directly with the hotel. We offer a choice of full-cooked breakfast and light continental breakfast as well as a selection of drinks, which we ask you to preorder the night before, so that is ready for at your preferred time. For our breakfast we are offering the option of pre-arranged reserved seating or take-away breakfast (subject to availability). We encourage booking the table before the arrival. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as following directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast complimentary / 5-11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price / 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. When booking 5 rooms or more or 5 nights or more, different policies will apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
