Perfect accommodation in Irvine
My second visit in recent years. I repeat my previous comments - the hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The bedroom is large and truly comfortable. The owner is very kind and charming. However, best of all is the truly wonderful Scottish breakfast. The location is perfect for local bus routes, the shopping centre and the train station. For anyone looking to visit Irvine, I cannot believe that there is anywhere else that compares with Braidmead House. Highly recommended.

Everything you need for a great stay.
The reviews for Braidmead House were so good, it was a no brainier, not to stay here.
Close to town centre and a short walk from the shopping centre to the harbour.
Very friendly proprietors could not do enough to make my stay comfortable.
Rooms including the lounge and dining room were spotless, including my room
and en-suite. I would not hesitate to stay there again and hope it won’t be too
long until I return to Irvine.

Above and beyond
I've just got home after 5 nights here in Braidmead House, I work frequently in Irvine and always stay here because of the service this fantastic family provide. On Wednesday this week my van broke down, and Jaime was kind enough to take the time out of his day and drive me to a local garage and then assisted me with getting my van running.
I didn't ask the assistance was offered when he realised I was struggling.
The rooms are immaculate and very well maintained, and the breakfasts are still one of the best I've had.
Parking is good and the accommodation is central to everything in Irvine, Prestwick airport is a short drive and Glasgow is about 30 mins away.
I've been coming here for almost 10 years, and I feel cheated on the visits when I have to stay elsewhere.

Amazing stay with fantastic hosts
I stayed at this wonderful hotel while visiting Irvine for work. It is absolutely beautiful and I was made to feel so welcome and safe by Jamie and Diane. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are stunning with extremely comfortable beds. The towels are the fluffiest I have ever come across in a hotel. There are bottles of water, tea/coffee and biscuits in each room. You can come and go as you please with your own key and it really feels like home. The breakfast was amazing. I had an omelette which was so good however there are endless options of other dishes.

Great little gem of a place
Stayed here 03/03/24. Room was spotless, modern and comfortable with everything we needed. Owners were so accommodating, even sourced me a phone charger that I stupidly forgot. Thought the Honesty Bar was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Sorry about the almost empty pizza box left in room!!! Many thanks.
