Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service hours. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property will be undergoing renovations from June 1st 2023 to October 31st 2023.
