The only negative were the rounded flight of stairs, which led to some discomfort with suitcases being brought up, especially to 3rd floor.

I had to find another hotel at midnight to stay in otherwise I would have been on the streets of London for the night.
No number to ring anyone. Main door to property was locked and unable to get access.

Arrived as location at 9:30pm and I was unable to gain access.
Apparently required passport id, didn’t have thus with me as uk resident
I had to book another hotel, not ideal

Having stayed in other stay inn apartments and had a pleasant experience it was disappointing to have experienced the above, especially given then cost of the stay and further deposits taken I would expect more from a provider.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Trafalgar Square by Excel Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests must be 25 years and older except for children under 16 who are accompanied by parents. Guests are required to provide a copy of their passport or drivers license and the credit card used for payment prior to arrival for verification. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for it if necessary. All our properties operate strict no visitors policy and guests are not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy at any time during their stay. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
