Good place to stay

Really organized place with all the facilities needed.
The bath is fully equipped for your rest and satisfaction.
In the kitchen you can find all type of cutlery and items to help you cooking.
The comfort of the bed is PREMIUM and the security system works perfectly.

Worst apartment I've ever been to

Worst apartment I've ever been to. It was just filthy and very poorly maintained throughout. The carpets were heavily stained with dark marks all around, the walls were all dirty, stained and with liquid spillage not cleaned, the skirts were cracked and detached from the wall, the shower water sealant was missing between the floor and wall, the kitchen cabinet doors were cracked, the sinks were poured in limescale, the furniture was dented, the toilet seats had black spots on it. Just disgusting. I got there and left immediately.

This is a very good apartment located right in front the metro station, that makes it very easy to travel into the the city. They welcomed us and gave all the necessary explanations. They have the allowed us to check in a little bit early. It was great , since there is no lobby area where you can wait for your check in time. Apartment was big, clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It has big glass windows that make it bright and lovely sitting in living room and watch the the city goes by. The double windows do a good job of keeping out the noise from the street, the blinds were very poor, so sleeping late was impossible. Another down side, was that there was not coffee Machine - electric kettle for tea drinkers, but that is the UK. By the way, the garbage on the hallway was a little smelly, so it needs to be sanitized - but this is beyond the control of the owner. Overall , we had a great stay and the apartment was very good.

A little complicated to get the key etc.. A lot of noise in complex from restaurants. Beds and furnitures worned. Nice kitchen though.

Great customer service, friendly welcome to the apartment and easy to contact throughout my stay when I requested to extend my trip. Great location and lovely apartment. Well stocked for a short trip.
