Nice location, Spa has good range of facilities and was large enough even tho quite busy. Staff were attentive and friendly
Room was good size with nice hot shower with everything you needed.
Enjoyed the breakfast.
Negatives would be our room was a bit tired and could do with updating. Same goes for Spa changing rooms.

Nice place shame about the food

The staff are lovely and on hand to help. The location is excellent as are the facilities. The food however is nothing short of appalling from menu choice to quality and taste. I’ve ordered the same meal on a few different occasions and it’s never the same. For the price it’s shocking. When I’m there on business now I tend not to eat there. A good chef and good menu would elevate this establishment considerably

Stopped here before with no problems. Unfortunately on this occasion our booking was not on the hotel system. Obviously a system error between hotels.com and the hotel had caused the problem. However the booking was eventually found and sorted. The manager was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast for our inconvenience.

Great hotel, very accommodating staff and support for our group

At short notice we found ourselves looking for a hotel to accommodate a large group for training. On recommendation we reached out to Lea Marston who gave not only a good rate but were incredibly supportive from initial contact through to after our stay. Huge thanks especially for Steph Lawrence for her excellent coordination, communication, patience and support. Hotel is great and we really appreciated the upgrades! A few minor recommendations would be to ensure strong WIFI in the bar as payments were slow and difficult and some guests would have liked an option to swap for softer pillows - but honestly the rooms and facilities including gym were great and all guests did enjoy the experience staying here! Many thanks and hope to stop again in the future!

Overnight stay / service outstanding

This is our 3 rd stay at the hotel and we had a lovely stay again . We never used the spa however our room was big, Comfortable and beautiful. We had food in the Hathaways which looked more comfortable to dine in , the service here is outstanding, the waitress Abbey took our order and was very welcoming . The food here has always been amazing. We had an early morning and was greeted with a kind warming gentleman who showed us we’re everything was . Again breakfast was lovely . The restaurant areas and staff are a credit to the hotel . ( I saw the manager walking around also on the evening who always makes the guests feel comfortable). We will be back soon
