We sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide you with a room with a roll-in shower during your recent stay. We understand that you requested a handicapped room, and we regret that the room assigned did not fully meet your needs. We want to clarify that at the time of booking, a roll-in shower was not available, and you indicated that a stand-up shower would be acceptable. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience this may have caused.
We have noted your preference for a handicapped room for your next visit and will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. We also apologize for the coffee maker not working and will ensure this is addressed.
