It is very nice to find a hotel this clean and with such a good vibe, they made my wife and I feel at home that week

Awesome staff on site. But that's about it.
Front receptionist said that my booking was actually through Priceline. When I questioned this I was told Wyndham often kicks their bookings over to Priceline. As a result I was charged a separate $12.99 booking fee by a third party that was not clear would be charged. They were also unable to honor my AARP member discount, "because it's a Priceline stay". Again, I did not book through priceline, I booked directly through the Wyndham site. It was not my choice for that booking to get kicked to Priceline.
Additionally, the beds are old, sag in the middle and give zero back support. The sheets had old, what looked to be blood, and grease stains on them.
I will actively avoid booking a Wyndham property moving forward.
Wynh could do better and should stop the bait and switch booking process. Very disappointing!
