When I called to follow up, the situation only worsened—I was rudely hung up on. Frustrated, I went to the front desk to try to resolve the issue in person, but to my shock, the staff (Jeanette) member there yelled at me in front of other guests. It was an incredibly humiliating and unprofessional encounter.
The combination of unclean accommodations, lack of accountability, and disrespectful treatment by the staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This level of service and cleanliness is completely unacceptable.
