Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was really good. They do need to limit the cookies though. I gained 5 pounds (smile). Had wasps in my room but they quickly responded to try to help. I would stay here again.

Service with the front desk and restaurant staff was phenomenal! They took great care of us and we really enjoyed the check-in cookies as well as the breakfast. Hotel was located just a few mins away from the mall and right beside the interstate.

Clean but a lot DT could do better

HHonors diamond member here staying as a family for college visits/tours. I usually like DT because of the buffet breakfast and this place was order off the menu only. It blows past the diamond credit due to nonsense like $6 orange juice. The entrance and exit is a traffic jam due to road construction in the area. Hotel is clean and quiet but the bathrooms are too small with no counter space. I tried to buy snacks in the lobby but those items are not diamond credit eligible because of required unmanned payment kiosk. The gym is well sized with 2 ellipticals and 3 treadmills. As a runner none of the treadmills were acceptable. 2 had slipping belts and the middle one is stuck in an incline so, it’s usable, but exhaustingly so. Any times I lower my standards and stay at H2’s and Hamptons - I recommend you do the same.

Absolutely excellent hospitality!

We stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday. We received excellent service and hospitality. Specially by Adrian the Hotel Manager as well as Anthony our waiter at 4100 Pub which is the restaurant located in the hotel premises.
Our room was spacious and comfortable also very clean. But our most lasting memories will be about how both Adrian and Anthony exhibited a level of hospitality so difficult to find nowadays.

Check inn clerk was new, first day, so had issue next morning w bfast as had not been given tickets.
3 rooms adjoining ours they were drinking and smoking weed and going room to room.
Hotel a tad on tired and worn side.
