The atmosphere at the hotel was clean, fun and again
the service was perfect.
Will stay there again.

The lighting in the bathrooms are horrible, there might as well have been no light in the bathroom. It is terrible if you’re trying to do your makeup.
The ice machine on the second floor was broken with no out of order sign posted, I reported it to front desk and he was not helpful he said to just go to another floor.
The next day we come back to our hotel room to find our beds were not made properly and the sheets were just thrown over it.
In addition, the main lobby smelled horribly like bleach when I got there.
Later that night the fire alarms go off out of nowhere and we’re forced to evacuate out in the rain. Mind you there was no fire and we had to sit in the rain for over an hour with no answers from staff.
Considering that this is a “4 star hotel” at the price I paid per night I expected better service. Especially since it is a Hilton hotel. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Not a 4 star hotel

The next day we come back to our hotel room to find our beds were half assed made and the sheets and blankets were just thrown over it.

Later that night at around 10pm Saturday the fire alarms go off out of nowhere and we’re forced to evacuate out in the rain. Mind you there was no fire and we had to sit in the rain for over an hour with no answers from staff.
Considering that this is a “4 star hotel” at $200 per night I expected better service. Especially since it is a Hilton hotel. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
